How Do I RSVP?

what if i do not RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by May 30th, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to be celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Catie as soon as you are aware.
What time should I arrive to Dover Hall?
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. and we asks that guests arrive no later then 4:20 p.m. This way you can get settled in your seats, enjoy refreshments and music before the proceedings.
Where will the wedding be taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Dover Hall.
what is the dress code?
Formal Attire with a color code of black. This means black dresses, jumpsuits, or blazer sets for the ladies. For the gentlemen, black tuxedos or suits with a black tie/bow tie. We ask that all guests wear black to fit our color scheme and make our photos turn out timeless. If you need any help deciding what to wear, please reach out to either of us with any questions. I have also included inspiration photos under the 'Attire' tab.
Keep in mind that our wedding is during the summer and the ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of those in our wedding. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other!
Have you booked a hotel room block for guests?
Yes, please check under the "Accommodations" tab in our website for more information. The deadline to book a room in the room block is June 3, 2025. We are only providing transportation to and from the wedding at the hotel 'Residence Inn By Marriott Short Pump at the Notch'.
How am I supposed to get to and from Dover Hall?
We are providing complimentary trolley transportation between Residence Inn by Marriott Short Pump at the Notch and Dover Hall for all guests on the day of the wedding.
Trolley Departure Times from the Hotel: (Trolley 1: 3:35 p.m., Trolley 2: 4:05 p.m.)
If you would prefer to drive, there will be a small parking lot to the right as you enter Dover Hall's property.
CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us so get ready to celebrate.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
